I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was perfect as everything was nearby. The staff members were courteous, friendly and always ready to help. Moreover, the room was immaculately clean, and the facilities provided by the hotel were top-notch.

Nothing not to love.

Honestly, there was nothing much that I liked about this hotel. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff who greeted us with a smile. However, that was short-lived as we encountered some major disappointments during our stay.

The worst aspects of this hotel were plenty. they overbooked the hotel rooms and didn't have any room for us.

The hotel was located in a remote area with very few cabs or autos available for transportation. the room lacked the basic amenities and the bathroom was not well-maintained. the service was poor and the breakfast menu was limited. the view from the room was decent and there were a few facilities provided by the hotel.

The hotel was unreliable and overbooked, leading to cancellations without prior notice and leaving guests stranded.

I cannot think of any positive aspects of my recent city break hotel experience. Despite the hotel's website claiming it was located in a vibrant area, we found ourselves in a remote location with difficult access to public transportation. Our room was not offered upon arrival, resulting in a frustrating and time-consuming cancellation process.

The hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite showing up with proof of reservation, the hotel had no available rooms.
